Today we had the adoption of one of our seniors. Euros is almost 10 years old and its always a worry when oldies arrive. He however, was a happy sociable and ever so cute little boy so its no surprise that he was snapped up quickly.
Ten isnt that old for a small terrier breed but for larger framed dogs it is. That is why we are always proactive in sharing their information and finding them a family.
We have several oldies waiting on homes. Life with an oldie has lots of advantages. They are usually calm, housetrained and all the want is a warm bed, a nice dinner and love.
Porceline, Gribouille and Fido are all about 10 years old and really need out of the refuge.
If you think that you could offer them a home, pop along and meet them. You wont be disappointed!
Next to leave was 2 year old Gadget a tiny JR who was adopted by our intern or ‘service civique’ Brittany. What a lucky boy and we will have lots of news of how he is doing!
Then last but not least puppy Hana left for a life by the sea. She is off to live in Gruissan with a lovely family and Cyndy couldn’t be happier for her!
Tomorrow we will have at least 1 more puppy adoption….who will it be???
