Adoption of Ohana

Tonight’s blog is a late one as both Darcey and I are traveling. This week has been typical for this time of year when adoptions slow down as people go off on holiday or welcome guests and abandoned dogs start to arrive! So the refuge is filling up. On a positive note that means that there is a great choice of dogs available for potential adopters!

Ohana our beautiful one year old German Shepherd was the lucky girl who was adopted today and that should come as no surprise to anyone that has seen her. She is a stunning looking girl and lovely natured too!

Ohana adopted!

For potential adopters please remember that the refuge is open this weekend 2-6pm and please don’t forget to keep your animals safe during the celebrations this weekend! You can be sure that next week our phones will be ringing non stop with desperate owners reporting lost dogs and hoping that they have arrived at the ScPA and are safe!
