Galieo is such a fabulous looking pup, that in the normal course of events he would have been adopted in double quick time. However the timing of his arrival could hardly be worse. First of all he arrived with mange, which meant that instead of going to share with other dogs or (had he been really lucky) going home to a foster family, poor Galileo has been in isolation since he arrived. Of course the staff have tried to make this as easy on him as possible, giving him at least sight of other dogs, but they have to wear gloves when cuddling him. Luckily though he was not a tiny pup when he arrived; his education (by his mum) was already complete, so he is well socialised and just as adorable in real life as he looks on his pictures. Galileo was born in August 2017 and is a shepherd cross.
