Prune was brought to the refuge by a man who had found her tied up to a tree in a forested area. He kept her for a couple of weeks while asking around to see if anyone recognised her (they didn’t) and then brought her to the ScPA, where it turned out that she was microchipped. Sigh. In any case, it doesn’t look like her owner was looking for her, and it might have been him who tied her up to the tree, but we will never know. Prune is a fabulous black braque (try saying that after a few drinks). She is very friendly and sociable and was born in July 2017. Who will offer this young girl a new home?
